Blockchain for Healthcare (BfH) is an independent editorial project created by Fabio Fiorentini, based in Italy.With over twenty-five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, across market access, rare diseases, organ transplantation, interventional cardiology and neonatology, and a decade of research into decentralization and blockchain technology applied to healthcare, BfH was born from a simple conviction: the transformation of the healthcare ecosystem can not be understood without understanding the infrastructures that will make it possible.BfH covers key topics including: blockchain in electronic health records (EHR), pharmaceutical supply chain traceability, clinical trial data integrity, patient data sovereignty, interoperability and health data standards, smart contracts in healthcare, DLT and GDPR compliance, and decentralized clinical infrastructure.Blockchain for Healthcare (BfH) is an independent project, developed within the cultural context of the Accademia Decentra community of ideas, co-founded in Bologna in 2018.
