Blockchain for Healthcare (BfH) è un progetto editoriale indipendente di Fabio Fiorentini, con base in Italia.Oltre venticinque anni di esperienza nell'industria farmaceutica, fra market access, malattie rare, trapianto d'organo, cardiologia interventistica e neonatologia.

BfH nasce da una convinzione:la trasformazione dell'ecosistema sanitario si comprende solo guardando alle infrastrutture che la rendono possibile.Blockchain nelle cartelle cliniche elettroniche (EHR, Electronic Health Record). Tracciabilità della filiera farmaceutica. Sperimentazioni cliniche e integrità del dato. Sovranità del paziente sui propri dati. Interoperabilità e standard per i dati sanitari. Smart contract in sanità. Rapporto fra DLT e GDPR (Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati). Infrastrutture cliniche decentralizzate. DeSci (Scienza Decentralizzata). Who’s behind BfH?
Blockchain for Healthcare (BfH) is an independent editorial project by Fabio Fiorentini, based in Italy.Over twenty-five years in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning market access, rare diseases, organ transplantation, interventional cardiology and neonatology. A decade of research into decentralisation and blockchain applied to healthcare.
BfH grew out of a single conviction:the transformation of the healthcare ecosystem cannot be understood without looking at the infrastructure that will make it possible.Blockchain in Electronic Health Records (EHRs). Pharmaceutical supply chain traceability. Clinical trials and data integrity. Patient data sovereignty. Interoperability and health data standards. Smart contracts in healthcare.
